Mike has been CEO of Five9 since January 2008. Under Mike’s leadership, revenue has more than quadrupled, and Five9 has become one of the largest and fastest growing providers of cloud-based call center software. Five9 has received several prestigious industry awards, and recognition for revenue and growth performance. Prior to joining Five9, Mike was CEO of a handful of enterprise software and SaaS companies in market segments ranging from systems management and content management to security and CRM, and has led three private companies through successful acquisitions by larger public companies. Earlier in his career he held various positions at Oracle and BMC. He holds MBA and BA degrees from the University of California at Berkeley.

Tim joined Partech International in 2001 and focuses on communications and components investments. Between 1997 and 2001, Tim was the Chief Marketing Officer for Digital Island, a Partech portfolio company. The company was acquired by Cable & Wireless in 2001 for $350M. Prior to Digital Island, Tim was a General Manager at Lucent Technology where he led the international voice communications product management team (now Avaya) with P&L for product lines generating over $2B in annual sales and coauthored a VOIP related patent. Before Lucent, Tim held a variety of senior management positions within AT&T (North America and Australia) and AT&T Bell Labs from 1983-1995. Tim's current portfolio companies include Discera, Invensense, Spudnik and Teknovus where he holds a board seat with each company.He graduated summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Bowdoin College receiving his undergraduate degree in Physics. He received his MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business where he was named a Fuqua Scholar.
Dave DeWalt has more than 25 years of experience building innovative, industry-leading technology companies, creating billions of dollars in shareholder value. Dave currently serves as chairman of the Polycom and Mandiant Boards of Directors, in addition to his Board of Director roles at Delta Airlines and Jive Software. Previously, he held executive positions at technology companies including Oracle, EMC, Documentum, Intel and McAfee. Dave has been named one of the top five CEOs of publicly traded software companies by “Institutional Investor” magazine and one of the 25 most influential executives in the technology industry by readers of “CRN” magazine. In addition, DeWalt is a recognized authority on cyber security and was appointed in May 2011 by President Barack Obama to the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Council (NSTAC).
Jack Acosta has served in a Board role for multiple companies. Previously, Jack served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance for Portal Software. Prior to Portal Software, Jack served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer as well as Vice President, Engineering Services, Integration and Business Management for Sybase, Inc., a database company. Jack also served as President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Tanon Manufacturing, Inc., a manufacturing and engineering services company. Prior to these assignments, Jack held various management positions at Ungermann-Bass, Inc., Atari, Inc., Diablo Systems, Inc., and Ford Motor Company.
