Your agents can use our built-in voice-over-IP softphone and an internet connection to connect to our data center, or the agents can use their existing phone lines. Once the agents are connected, all outbound calls from our datacenter to your customers will be connected to the agents. For inbound calls, you can use your existing 800 or Local numbers, or obtain new ones from Five9.
